Este curso tiene como objetivo principal proporcionar a los estudiantes las herramientas necesarias para desarrollar habilidades de razonamiento que les permitan comprender y aplicar los estilos de liderazgo predominantes en su entorno individual. Se muestra cómo establecer una distinción clara entre los conceptos de liderazgo y líder, abordando las diferencias inherentes a cada uno de ellos. Asimismo, se analizarán los factores que contribuyen al desarrollo del liderazgo.
