El récord medico electrónico es un archivo de información en formato digital que tiene todos los datos del paciente de una manera integrada. Se compone de los diferentes formatos que hay en el récord o registro del paciente, como completar las partes del récord para incluir la información de las tarjetas del plan médico del paciente, integrar los laboratorios en el récord y otros documentos que el paciente tenga.
