El programa de Inglés Conversacional de la DECEP pretende desarrollar y fortalecer destrezas de comunicación para hispanohablantes que desean aprender este inglés de manera natural. El programa está dirigido tanto para aquellos que no tienen conocimiento del idioma inglés como los que lo dominan y desean obtener un nivel proficiente de bilingüismo.
