Este curso avanzado de lenguaje de señas está orientado a quienes ya dominan las bases y el nivel intermedio, con el fin de perfeccionar la fluidez, la expresión y la comprensión en contextos más complejos. En este nivel se trabaja un vocabulario especializado en áreas como educación, trabajo, salud y situaciones de la vida cotidiana más detalladas, además de profundizar en la gramática, expresiones idiomáticas y matices culturales propios de la comunidad sorda. Se enfatiza en la práctica conversacional avanzada, el uso de narrativas y relatos en señas, así como en la interpretación de mensajes más largos y diversos.
