Este certificado está diseñado para capacitar a los participantes en la búsqueda y administración de fondos y recursos externos. El programa completo consta de seis cursos y va dirigido al personal administrativo, estadístico o financiero de agencias y corporaciones públicas y privadas, organizaciones comunitarias, organizaciones de base religiosa y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro, entre otras.

- Redacción de una propuesta efectiva y asesoría I*
- Redacción de una propuesta efectiva y asesoría II*
- Presentación, defensa y radicación de una propuesta
