El curso Comunicación y Colaboración Efectiva está diseñado para fortalecer las destrezas necesarias para establecer relaciones profesionales efectivas y desenvolverse adecuadamente en entornos de trabajo colaborativos. A través del curso, los participantes conocerán la importancia de la comunicación verbal y no verbal, incluyendo el uso de un vocabulario profesional, el tono y énfasis al comunicarse, los gestos, los movimientos corporales y otros elementos que influyen en la manera en que los mensajes son percibidos. Además, se analiza la vestimenta y su impacto en la imagen y percepción profesional dentro del entorno laboral. El curso también aborda las Normas de Colaboración, un conjunto de prácticas orientadas a promover una comunicación clara, respetuosa y efectiva al trabajar en equipo.
