El curso Programado para Manejo de Proyectos está diseñado para desarrollar destrezas prácticas en el uso de una herramienta digital gratuita para la planificación, organización, seguimiento y gestión de proyectos innovadores y creativos. Mediante una secuencia de tutoriales y tareas prácticas, los participantes aprenderán a estructurar las diferentes etapas de un proyecto, establecer tareas y fechas límite, asignar personas responsables, incorporar anotaciones y organizar las actividades necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Además, conocerán cómo establecer dependencias entre etapas y tareas, gestionar actividades simultáneas y visualizar gráficamente el progreso del proyecto, facilitando así su seguimiento y la toma de decisiones. El curso está dirigido a profesionales, líderes de equipos, emprendedores y toda persona interesada en fortalecer sus competencias para liderar y administrar proyectos de manera organizada y efectiva.
