El curso Transformando el coaching con el modelo GROW está diseñado para desarrollar destrezas que permitan acompañar procesos de crecimiento, planificación y logro de metas mediante una metodología estructurada de coaching. A través del modelo GROW —Goal (Meta), Reality (Realidad), Options (Opciones) y Will/Way Forward (Voluntad o Plan de Acción)— los participantes aprenderán a utilizar preguntas abiertas y técnicas de escucha activa para identificar objetivos, analizar la situación actual, explorar diferentes alternativas y establecer acciones concretas dirigidas al logro de resultados. El curso enfatiza la importancia de mantener una visión integral de las metas y proyectos para facilitar que las decisiones y acciones permanezcan alineadas con su propósito principal. Está dirigido a personas interesadas en fortalecer su desarrollo personal o profesional, establecer y alcanzar metas, liderar proyectos o iniciativas, así como a profesionales con conocimientos previos de coaching que deseen incorporar el modelo GROW a sus prácticas.
