Este programa está diseñado para dotar a los participantes de habilidades críticas y conocimientos profundos y necesarios para establecer, gestionar y optimizar de manera efectiva una oficina de gestión de proyectos dentro de sus organizaciones. El costo incluye acceso completo a la innovadora plataforma digital de PMO y el costo del examen de certificación multidisciplinario. Por lo tanto, los cursos abordan las funciones particulares que desempeñan las distintas especialidades. Se ofrecen sesiones opcionales de repaso en línea sincrónicas.
Este certificado también otorga 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) autorizados por el Project Management Institute (PMI). Los PDUs son requisitos para mantener certificaciones, tales como la de Profesional en Dirección de Proyectos (PMP) de PMI.
