Información general:
Este certificado está fundamentado en las competencias claves del Código de Ética de la International Coaching Federation (ICF) y en cumplimiento del Program Accreditation Code of Conduct. El programa cuenta con la aprobación de la International Coaching Federation como un programa Level 1 (antes ACSTH) y tiene como propósito incrementar el desempeño y la ejecución del coaching, además de lograr mayor crecimiento personal.
Objetivos
Al finalizar el certificado, los participantes dominarán y practicarán las competencias clave y el código de ética de la International Coaching Federation («ICF»), cumpliendo así los requisitos para graduarse como coach creativo certificado en un programa acreditado por la ICF.
- Experimentar un proceso de descubrimiento personal y transformación con el propósito de estar listos para asistir a los clientes.
- Conocer y practicar las Competencias Clave del coaching según las define la International Coaching Federation para el desarrollo personal y de los clientes.
- Crear un proyecto de emprendimiento durante la certificación como coach certificados.
- Comprometerse con el código de ética según las reglamentaciones de ICF.
- Dominar y aplicar las destrezas del coach certificado.
