En este curso se analizarán las leyes que protegen contra la discriminación por sexo o identidad de género. Se identificarán las definiciones, las responsabilidades patronales y los derechos de los empleados protegidos por estas leyes. Se hará énfasis en el propósito y la importancia de las legislaciones para eliminar la discriminación por razón de sexo o identidad de género en el empleo.
