Identificarán las definiciones, las responsabilidades patronales y los derechos de los empleados a quienes cobijan estas leyes. Analizarán el propósito y la importancia de esta legislación para eliminar la discriminación por razón de sexo en el empleo. Finalmente, se explicará la importancia de este tema y la situación actual en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos.
