Brewing Pro para Coffee Shops es un taller especializado, intensivo y práctico diseñado para baristas, emprendedores y dueños de coffee shops que desean aumentar la rentabilidad de su negocio, estandarizar procesos y dominar los métodos de brewing con mayor aceptación del mercado actual. Durante este laboratorio, los participantes aprenderán a preparar, estandarizar y evaluar comercialmente los métodos de mayor rotación y margen de ganancia en coffee shops modernos: Moka Pot, Cold Brew, V60 y Chemex, integrando técnica profesional, control de costos, consistencia en taza y presentación al cliente. El taller también incorpora un módulo estratégico de tendencias de té para coffee shops en Puerto Rico con proyección al 2030, incluyendo matcha ceremonial, tés funcionales, infusiones botánicas y cold brew tea, ampliando así las oportunidades de venta para negocios que desean diversificar su menú y atraer nuevos segmentos de clientes. Los participantes vivirán una experiencia de aprendizaje real, degustación guiada y análisis sensorial, llevándose recetas estandarizadas, criterios de rentabilidad por método y herramientas para implementar de forma inmediata en su operación o emprendimiento.
