Taller diseñado para personas que desean iniciarse como baristas, diversificar su menú de bebidas frías o crear productos atractivos para su negocio. Este taller responde a una tendencia clara del mercado: las bebidas frías y alternativas como el Iced Coffee, Matcha y Chai no solo se venden más, sino que conectan con el cliente moderno, elevan el valor percibido del negocio y aumentan el ticket promedio. Durante 3 horas de laboratorio los participantes aprenderán a preparar bebidas frías comerciales, balancear sabores, mejorar presentación y diseñar opciones atractivas para menú, con un enfoque directo en ventas, experiencia del cliente y aplicabilidad inmediata. Este taller nace desde la experiencia real en la industria, no desde la teoría, y está diseñado para que el participante pueda aplicar lo aprendido desde el primer día, ya sea para uso personal, emprendimiento o negocio establecido.
